Accreditation Manager - SP[removed phone]Graduate Medical Education Graduate Medical Education (GME) recognizes the necessity for a qualified individual in medicaleducation, quality assurance, and program director/coordinator development. Will design, implement, and facilitate quality improvementprograms including the use of on-line curricula for the institution and all accredited training programs in GME; analyze current performancerelative to available objective measures and design systematic efforts to make improvements; generate an institutional and individualprogram level scorecard to track quality improvement changes over time; annually participate in preparing a narrative and statistical reportfor dissemination to all stakeholders; serve as the GME support staff for Core Curriculum Subcommittee; schedule and participate in bothinstitutional and individual residency program internal and external accreditation reviews; generate/provide data for accreditationoversight; review accreditation documentation for compliance and accuracy; develop and maintain a tracking mechanism for institutionaloversight relative to Compliance Subcommittee activities; participate in internal review report review; participate in development ofwritten response to external site visit; serve on GMEC and GMEC Compliance Subcommittee (responsible for accreditation oversight for alltraining programs); assure programs maintain up-to-date participating site agreements; work with outside entities, programs, Legal Counsel,College of Medicine Dean's office on agreement language; supervise designated GME staff relative to processing of paperwork for agreements.Oversee aspects of implementation and utilization of commercially acquired GME systems to monitor duty hours, educational curriculum,outcome assessments, and procedural credentialing; supervise the designated GME staff and provide customer support and training to programdirectors, coordinators and house staff relative to these systems.
