I need to sublease my room at the Royal Lexington. It is about a 10 minute walk to campus with parking across the street. January rent has been paid, so you wouldn't owe anything until February. I may offer more incentive if needed.It is fully furnished with laundry machine in the apartment. Includes a pool, business center, and a gym on site.
