Sublease for spring semester (Newtown Townhomes)

I am searching for someone who is looking to sublet 1 room in a 4 bedroom townhouse for the spring semester. I live with three other girls and my room is on the top floor. The townhouse is very spacious and upscale and each room has their own private bathroom. All utilities included except electric, which is paid to a roommate. My portion of electric ran from $20-$40 depending on the season.
